Hello my friends miss ya's but getting my life in order or should I say trying LOL I got a new position at work and like it a lot better more nursing not meant for LTC.

Don't get discouraged if you gain weight....My daughter gained about 30 pounds...and according to her the best thing about that was....working out and not smelling the smoke in your sweat! Its been 3 years and she has taken all of it off.....I am proud of her.....and you!!

Manny I found out I could explain my moods on the non smoking thing works to. LOL almost as good as menopause :)
